In its fourth year (2024-2025), the North Star Collective awarded fellowships to 33 BIPOC faculty from across our 20 member institutions.
The North Star Collective Faculty Fellowship is a semester-long fellowship created by BIPOC faculty for BIPOC faculty in New England. Grounded in tenets of reparative justice, the Fellowship promotes racial trauma healing by providing a nourishing community of care, mentorship and professional development for Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) faculty in all fields.
