NEBHE's Tuition Break enables thousands of New England residents to enroll at out-of-state New England public colleges and universities at a discounted tuition rate, and smooths transfer pathways with the New England Transfer Guarantee.

NEBHE informs leaders in higher education and government through research, policy analysis and capacity building. NEBHE’s 48-member Board of Delegates is composed of education leaders appointed by their states to fulfill the mission of regional collaboration benefiting each New England state and the region.

NEBHE convenes stakeholders across the region to address access and affordability of public and independent institutions across the region.  Our Legislative Advisory Committee strengthens state higher education policymaking in New England, promotes regional dialogue and greater interstate collaboration, and
informs NEBHE’s policy analysis, research and program activities.

NEBHE collects information and data on all of its initiatives and shares  widely with stakeholders.
