This report summarizes the work of the New England Board of Higher Education for the period of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.
The report describes the accomplishments of the teams that lead Tuition Break, the New England Transfer Guarantee, the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (known as SARA), and the New England Transfer Guarantee. The report also summarizes the work of the Tech Talent Accelerator in Connecticut, Open Education Resources and other policy and research work, NEBHE’s work on Reparative Justice and the North Star Collective, and the next phase of work on Higher Education in Prison.
