The Harvard Kennedy School’s Institute of Politics named former Vermont Gov. Peter Shumlin, a Democrat, and former New Hampshire Sen. Kelly Ayotte, a Republican, to be visiting fellows, as well as former U.S. Rep. Christopher Shays, a Connecticut Republican, to be a resident fellow.
