Through its partnership with RadioHigherEd.com, NEJHE presents a podcast about the value and nuances of adopting a “student unit record” system.
The podcast features an interview with Aimee Guidera, president & CEO of the Data Quality Campaign, and Mamie Voight, director of policy research at the Institute for Higher Education Policy.
It is the third in a three-part series on student unit record systems. The first in the series featured Paul Lingenfelter, former president of the State Higher Education Executive Officers, on the debate surrounding a federal unit record system. The second featured a conversation with Sarah Flanagan of the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities on privacy concerns related to student unit record data at the state and federal level.
