Jacquie Moloney

UMass Lowell Chancellor Jacquie Moloney announced she will step down as chancellor in June 2022 after six years as chancellor and, before that, eight years as executive vice chancellor, in her 37-year tenure at the university. Among other accomplishments, Moloney has been a national leader in integrating entrepreneurial lessons in campus life and fostering industry-higher-ed partnerships, a topic she examined at a recent NEBHE conference.

Bay Path University appointed Dr. Ann Errichetti, a cardiologist and healthcare management expert as the associate provost and dean of its School of Education, Human and Health Services, effective Aug. 23. Errichetti recently served as the chief operations and academic officer at Presence Health, a $2.6 billion Catholic health system in Chicago, where she worked on a turnaround team that improved operating performance led to an acquisition by Ascension Health in 2018.

Harmony Cross began as Holyoke Community College’s first dean of student development, engagement and inclusion on July 6. Cross was director of the New York State Education Department’s Higher Education Opportunity Program at Marymount Manhattan College in New York City. Before that, she was program director for the Madison Square Boys and Girls Club in the Bronx and area coordinator for co-ed residential facilities at Widener University in Chester, Penn.
